Information we process

We process the linked Minecraft username and UUID, supporter groups reported by the server, purchase and consent records, Stripe identifiers and status, product and delivery history, refund or dispute details, and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.

Payment information

Stripe collects and processes card and other payment details on its hosted checkout. Bucketry does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use this information to create checkout sessions, deliver and revoke perks, prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders, provide support, maintain audit records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Sharing

Information is shared with Stripe for payments and with the Bucketry Minecraft server for fulfillment. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to protect users, Bucketry, or payment systems.

Retention and choices

Link codes expire quickly. Purchase, consent, fulfillment, refund, dispute, and audit records are retained as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.

Security and changes

We use restricted access, signed sessions, webhook verification, and constrained fulfillment actions. No system is perfectly secure. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
