Refund Policy

Effective August 30, 2026

Ask us first

If a purchase was accidental, unauthorized, duplicated, delivered incorrectly, or not delivered, contact Bucketry support with the Minecraft name and purchase email. We review requests individually and respond as promptly as practical.

When refunds are available

Refunds may be provided when required by law, for duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized transactions, irreparable delivery failures, or another situation Bucketry determines is fair. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Digital benefits already used

Because ranks and perks are delivered digitally and can be used immediately, a change of mind does not guarantee a refund. A ban or suspension for violating server rules is not, by itself, a delivery failure.

What happens after a refund

A full refund automatically revokes the refunded package. For a rank upgrade, the prior paid rank is restored. A partial refund does not automatically revoke access and will be reviewed. Bank processing time is controlled by Stripe and the payment provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Disputed orders are flagged for review and complete payment and fulfillment records are retained.
