Terms of Purchase

What you are buying

Bucketry sells digital supporter ranks and server benefits for the Minecraft account linked through /storelink. Purchases do not include Minecraft, real-world goods, ownership of the server, or a financial investment.

Account and delivery

You must link the correct Minecraft account and keep the private link code secure. Delivery normally begins automatically after Stripe confirms payment. Contact support if delivery fails; do not purchase the same package again.

Server access and conduct

A purchase does not exempt anyone from Bucketry rules or guarantee uninterrupted server access. Suspensions and bans issued for rule violations do not automatically qualify for refunds. We may reasonably adjust perks as the server evolves, but will not intentionally replace a paid tier with materially worthless benefits.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to make the purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the purchase.

Tidepass subscription

Tidepass costs $7.99 USD per month and automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the paid billing period ends unless a refund is issued. Request cancellation through Bucketry support while the self-service billing portal is being finalized.

Payments and disputes

Stripe processes payment information. Taxes may be added where required. Fraud, unauthorized payment methods, and abuse of checkout are prohibited. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Relationship to Minecraft

Bucketry is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
